We're looking for actors to star in some videos for an upcoming social marketing campaign.

Our campaign will promote DoxyPEP (Doxycycline Post-Exposure Prophylaxis), a new tool to combat the spread of STIs in our communities. We're looking for actors to play heroes, bravely protecting us from STI transmission.

The videos we're making will run as paid ads across a range of digital platforms (incl. social media, video platforms, dating apps & porn site ads), and live on our website and other online platforms.

Could you be the hero we need?

We are looking to cast 4 people who identify with our kaupapa.

We would love to see applications from the diverse range of bodies that make up our communities.

Prescription of DoxyPEP is currently restricted primarily to gay & bisexual men, which our campaign needs to reflect, but actors do not need to identify as male to apply.

Requirements: We are ideally looking for people with some experience in acting, who are comfortable reading from a script and following direction.

Costuming: Our heroes will be styled in revealing superhero costumes, so actors should feel comfortable showing their bodies.

Dates: Actors must be available for group auditions Monday 19 May and a video shoot Friday 23 - Saturday 24 May.

Location: Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland

We will provide a koha of $1,000 for your time and use of your footage.
